History

• 1962 Falcon Express is incorporated August 24th, 1962.

• 1975 Falcon Express is purchased by its current owner Kent Bobb. Falcon Express was located in Riverdale, Illinois, and operated fleet of two trucks performing expedited services.

• 1981 Falcon Express purchased three acres of land and a small truck terminal in Markham, Illinois. The original terminal had one dock door to support our seven trucks.

• 1987 Falcon Express expands the terminal to provide cross dock services and 18 dock doors. Our 25 drivers provide LTL and expedited delivery services.

• 1991 Falcon Express expanded into a 24 hour, 7 day a week operation. Falcon Express began providing intermodal and regional flatbed services.

• 1995 Falcon Express purchased adjacent 15 acres for future expansion

• 2000 Falcon Express builds its current 44,200 square foot, 68 door, state of the art cross dock facility.

• 2002 Falcon Express starts providing pool distribution services for some of the national retail chains

• 2003 Falcon Express plans for 50 door expansion of current facility, with the help of over 100 dedicated employees.
